摘　　要：简述了国内和太钢冷轧无取向硅钢绝缘涂层的发展历史及现状,介绍了太钢目前不同类型涂层的主要性能、应用领域,及近些年来涂层发展过程中生产技术的进步,主要包括C5薄环保涂层自主开发、C6极厚涂层国产化、自粘结涂层工艺开发,并提出了绝缘涂层下一步的发展方向。The historical development and current situation of insulation coatings for cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel in China and TISCO were briefly described in this paper.The main properties and application fields of different types of coatings and the progress of production technology in the coating development process in recent years in TISCO were introduced,mainly including the independent development of C5 thin environmental protection coatings,the localization of C6 extremely thick coatings,and the development of self-adhesive coating process.At last,the next development direction of insulation coatings were put forward.
