浅谈常化酸洗机组关键工艺设备选型

摘　　要：常化酸洗是生产高牌号/高磁感无取向硅钢和高磁感取向硅钢不可或缺的一道工序。本文介绍了常化酸洗机组关键工艺设备选型,从生产工艺角度对焊机、常化炉、酸洗段等关键工艺设备的选型给予了一些建议,为以后类似机组设计提供了参考。Normalizing and pickling is an indispensable process for the production of high grade/high magnetic induction non-oriented silicon steel and high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel.The selection of important process equipment for normalizing pickling line was introduced in this paper,and some suggestions on the selection of important process equipment were put forward,such as welder,normalizing furnace,pickling section,and so on,which will provide references for similar unit design in the future.
