摘　　要：通过原材料筛选、配比设计和试验,研制出一种预制构件缺陷修复水泥基材料,用于解决装配式混凝土预制构件出现的破损、蜂窝、麻面、裂缝等问题,且该材料具有固化速度快,早强、高强,与基层粘结力大,以及操作方便和健康环保等特点,同时其各项性能指标均能满足要求,工程应用效果良好。In the research,a cement‑based material for defect repair of prefabricated components was developed.Through raw material optimization,ratio design and testing,this material is used to repair damage,honeycomb,surface defects.cracks and other problems in prefabricated concrete components.Furthermore,this materials has the advantage of fast solidification speed,early strength,high strength,strong adhesion with the base layer,convenient operation,eco‑friendly,etc.At the same time,the material’s various characteristics can fulfil engineering requirements.It can be effectively applied in engineering practice.
