摘  要:辅导员与学生建立交互关系的本质就是辅导员教师权力运用和学生对于教师权力反作用的交互机制。随着高等教育普及化、信息化和社会主义市场经济的不断推进,辅导员教育权威出现了弱化的表现,表现在高等教育普及化背景下感召权威的消解、信息化背景下专业权威的失却和市场经济背景下法定权威的解构。重构新时代民主、友好、和谐的师生关系,需以辅导员专业权威的塑造为根本,以辅导员感召权威的发扬为核心,以辅导员法定权威的树立为保障。The essence of advisor-student interaction lies in the advisors’ use of power as educators and the students’ reaction to it.The problem is that college advisors’ authoritative position has been constantly weakened by the popularization of higher education,the progress of informatization and the advance of the socialist market economy.The popularization of higher education,the progress of informatization and the advance of the market economy have caused college advisors to gradually lose their charismatic authority,professional authority and legal authority respectively.The fundamental task of reconstructing an equal,friendly,harmonious advisor-student relationship in the new era is for advisors to build professional authority,the key is for them to exercise charismatic authority and the guarantee is for them to establish legal authority.
