摘  要:文章设计了单根综丝磨损试验平台,其采用模拟预制体织造时综丝上下运动形式,且纱线张力作为可控变量。基于碳纤维原料及磨损试验平台探究了纤维在织造过程中在综丝综眼处的损伤情况,对比了碳纤维品种、加捻捻度、加捻工艺等对纤维损伤的影响。研究发现G纤维在织造过程中耐磨性更佳,单向捻的加捻工艺可以有效降低纤维损伤,初步试验验证发现48K碳纤维的最佳加捻参数为20捻/m。In this paper,a single heald wear test platform is designed,which simulates the up and down movement of the heald during the weaving of preform,and the yarn tension can be controlled as a variable.Based on the carbon fiber raw materials and heald test platform,the fiber damage at the heald eye in the weaving process was explored,and the effects of carbon fiber varieties,twisting twists and twisting processes on the fiber damage were compared as well.The study found that G fiber has better wear resistance during the weaving process;the unidirectional twisting process can effectively reduce fiber damage.And the preliminary test showed that the best twisting parameter of 48K carbon fiber is 20 twists per meter.
