摘  要:针对增白腈纶纱线白度偏低的问题,文章研究了荧光增白剂种类及浓度、亚氯酸钠溶液浓度、氯漂温度及时间对腈纶纱线增白效果的影响。研究结果表明,阳离子型增白剂TF-921 1%(o.w.f),亚氯酸钠溶液浓度1.5 g/L,氯漂温度70℃,氯漂时间40 min,腈纶纱线白度可达144,强力下降率为8.1%。Aiming at the problem of low whiteness of whitened acrylic fiber,the paper studies the influence of the type and concentration of fluorescent whitening agents,the concentration of sodium chlorite,and the temperature and time of chlorine bleaching on the whitening effect of acrylic fiber.Results showed that the optimum process of bleaching with 1%(o.w.f) cationic fluorescent whitening agent TF921 was as follows:the concentration of sodium chlorite was 1.5 g/L,the temperature of chlorine bleaching was 70 ℃,and the time of chlorine bleaching was 40 min.The whiteness of acrylic fiber can reach 144,and the decline rate of yarn strength was 8.1%.
