摘　　要：阐述影响合成甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)树脂催化剂使用寿命的各种原因,对影响催化剂寿命的原因进行分析,通过严格要求回收甲醇原料质量、调整脱水频次、严格控制反应器和催化蒸馏塔催化剂床层温度等系列措施,延长MTBE装置醚化树脂催化剂的使用寿命,降本增效245.4万元。This paper expounds various reasons that affect the service life of the catalyst for the synthesis of methyl tert butyl ether resin.Through the analysis of the reasons that affect the service life of the catalyst,a series of measures such as strict requirements for the quality of recycled methanol raw materials,adjusting the dehydration frequency,and strictly controlling the temperature of the catalyst bed of the reactor and catalytic distillation tower are adopted,and the service life of the catalyst in MTBE unit is prolonged.The cost is reduced and the efficiency is increased by 2.454 million yuan.
