摘  要:对比研究了日本PVA纤维(J-PVA纤维)和国产PVA纤维(C-PVA、S-PVA纤维)对工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)性能影响的差异。结果表明:在纤维体积掺量为2.0%的条件下,掺J-PVA纤维的ECC能够完全实现多点开裂,应变硬化特征显著,28 d极限拉应变在3.7%以上;掺C-PVA纤维ECC的28 d极限拉应变在2.1%以上,增韧效果良好,且具有明显的价格优势,在实际工程应用中具有较强的竞争力;S-PVA纤维对ECC性能的改善效果不如J-PVA纤维和C-PVA纤维,工程应用中应注意优选甄别。The effects of Japanese PVA fiber(J-PVA fiber)and domestic PVA fiber(C-PVA、S-PVA fiber)on engineering cementitious composites(ECC)properties were compared.The results show that when the fiber volume fraction is 2.0%,the ECC mixed with J-PVA fiber can fully realize multi-point cracking,and the strain hardening characteristics are significant,and the 28 d ultimate tensile strain is above 3.7%.The 28 d ultimate tensile strain of ECC mixed with C-PVA fiber is more than 2.1%,which shows that the toughening effect is good,and it has obvious price advantage,and has strong competitiveness in practical engineering applications.The improvement effect of S-PVA fiber on ECC performance is not as good as that of J-PVA fiber and C-PVA fiber,and the attention should be paid to the selection and discrimination in engineering application.
