摘 要:研究了碳纳米管、纳米SiO_(2)和纳米CaCO_(3)的分散液浓度和浸泡时间对再生粗骨料吸水率、压碎值、堆积密度和表观密度的影响,并通过SEM分析了纳米材料的改性机理。结果表明:经纳米材料改性后,再生粗骨料的堆积密度、表观密度分别稳定在1260 kg/m^(3)、2650 kg/m^(3)左右,且能够显著提高再生混凝土的抗压强度;当碳纳米管浓度为0.20%、浸泡时间为24 h时,能使再生粗骨料的吸水率最大降低4.24%,压碎值最大降低18.75%;当纳米SiO_(2)浓度为7%、浸泡时间为72 h时,能使再生粗骨料的吸水率最大降低15.70%,压碎值最大降低19.53%;当纳米CaCO_(3)浓度为7%、浸泡时间为72 h时,能使再生粗骨料的吸水率最大降低9.62%,压碎值最大降低26.56%;SEM分析结果表明,经纳米材料改性后,再生粗骨料的表面变得均匀,内部结构变得更加密实。The effects of the dispersion concentration of carbon nanotubes,nano SiO_(2)and nano CaCO_(3)and the soaking time on the water absorption,crushing value,bulk density and apparent density of recycled coarse aggregate were studied,and the mechanism of nano materials modification was analyzed by SEM.The results show that the bulk density and apparent density of recycled coarse aggregate are stable at 1260 kg/m^(3)and 2650 kg/m^(3)respectively after nano materials modification,and the compressive strength of recycled concrete can be significantly improved.When the carbon nanotube concentration is 0.20% and the soaking time is 24 h,the water absorption of recycled coarse aggregate can be reduced by 4.24%at the maximum,and the crushing value can be reduced by 18.75%at the maximum.When the concentration of nano SiO_(2)is 7%and the soaking time is 72 h,the water absorption of recycled coarse aggregate can be reduced by 15.70%at the maximum,and the crushing value can be reduced by 19.53%at the maximum.When the concentration of nano CaCO_(3)is 7%and the soaking time is 72 h,the water absorption of recycled coarse aggregate can be reduced by 9.62%at the maximum,and the crushing value can be reduced by 26.56%at the maximum.SEM analysis results show that the surface of recycled coarse aggregate becomes uniform and the internal structure becomes more dense after nano materials modification.
