摘　　要：数字孪生技术开启了智慧城市的新时代,数字孪生城市通过数字空间对城市物理和社会空间进行全要素表达、全过程呈现、全周期可溯,实现城市全面感知、虚实交互、智能决策、精准控制,推动城市智能化、智慧化发展。本文梳理了数字孪生城市的内涵与基本特征,介绍了城市数字孪生的基本技术架构及其典型应用场景,并对当前数字孪生城市建设面临的主要问题和挑战进行了总结。数字孪生城市是智慧城市建设新的创新源和发力点,以数字孪生的理念和方法,夯实智慧城市数据底座,提升城市治理的“一网统管”水平,将成为智慧城市发展新阶段的重要举措。Digital twin technology has launched a new era of smart cities.The digital twin city expresses all elements of the physical space and social space of the city,presents the whole process and traces the whole cycle in them through digital space,which realizes the city's comprehensive perception,virtual-real interaction,intelligent decision-making,and precise control,thus promote the intelligent development of the city.This paper combs the connotation and basic characteristics of the digital twin city,introduces its basic technical framework and typical application scenarios,and summarizes the main problems and challenges faced by the current construction of the digital twin city.Digital twin city is a new source of innovation and a driving force for smart city construction.With the concept and method of digital twin,it will consolidate the data base of smart city and improve the level of“one network management”of urban governance,which will become an important measure in the new stage of smart city development.
