摘  要:以水性环氧树脂为原料,添加水性环氧固化剂、填料、助剂等,制备出一种全水性环氧树脂防水涂料。研究了固化剂、填料、养护龄期对其性能的影响,结果表明:随着固化剂、填料添加量的增加,全水性环氧树脂防水涂料的干燥时间缩短,粘结强度先增大后减小;当环氧基与活泼氢当量比为1∶1、填料添加量为水性环氧树脂质量的100%时,涂料的物理力学性能和耐候性能最佳;随着养护龄期的延长,涂料在各类环境下的粘结性能均出现下降,但在龄期120 d时仍保持较好的粘结性能。A type of full waterborne epoxy waterproofing coating is prepared with waterborne epoxy resin as raw material,adding waterborne epoxy curing agent,filler,auxiliary agent,etc.The effects of curing agent,filler and curing period on its properties are studied.The results show that with the increase of the amount of curing agent and filler,the drying time of the waterborne epoxy waterproofing coating is shortened,and the adhesive strength increases first and then decreases;when the equivalent ratio of epoxy group to active hydrogen is 1∶1 and the amount of filler is 100%of the mass of waterborne epoxy resin,the physical and mechanical properties and weather resistance of the coating are the best;with the prolongation of curing period,the adhesive performance of the coating under various environmental conditions decreases,but it still maintains good adhesive performance at 120 days.
