摘 要:为提高扭矩传感器校准仪的校准精度,建立校准仪所用深沟球轴承摩擦力矩计算模型,在上位机程序中对轴承摩擦力矩产生的误差进行补偿,利用试验机对补偿前后校准仪测量精度进行对比,研究了不同轴承结构参数对摩擦力矩的影响。结果表明,摩擦力矩补偿后轴承校准仪测量精度明显提高。轴承摩擦力矩随钢球个数增加而增大,随内外沟曲率半径系数降低而减小,随轴承径向游隙增加而减小。研究结果提出了一种提高扭矩传感器校准仪校准精度的方法,并为深沟球轴承低摩擦优化设计提供了理论依据。In order to improve the calibration accuracy of the torque sensor calibrator,a calculation model for the friction torque of the deep groove ball bearing used in the calibrator was established,and the error generated by the bearing friction torque was compensated in the host computer program.By contrast,the influence of different bearing structure parameters on the friction torque is studied.The results show that the measurement accuracy of the bearing calibrator is significantly improved after friction torque compensation.The friction torque of the bearing increases with the increase of the number of steel balls,decreases with the decrease of the curvature radius coefficient of the inner and outer grooves,and decreases with the increase of the bearing radial clearance.The research results propose a method to improve the calibration accuracy of the torque sensor calibrator,and provide a theoretical basis for the low-friction optimization design of deep groove ball bearings.
