摘　　要：通过市场需求调研,开发具备超级爬行挡和逆行器拖拉机变速箱。变速箱结构采用定轴式圆柱齿轮外啮合四级减速传动方案,结构强度高,工艺简单,减速比大,实现超级爬行挡功能。该变速箱应用于某款大马力拖拉机,较好的满足了河北、河南、山东等地区使用爬行挡对超低车速的特殊作业需求,经济效益显著。Through market demand research,developed a super creeper and reverse shift gear box in tractor.The gear box structure adopts fixed-shaft cylindrical gear external meshing four-step reduction transmission scheme,high structural strength,simple process,large reduction ratio,super creeper.The gear box is used in one type high-horsepower tractor,which better meets the special operation requirements of ultra-low speed which using the creeper in Hebei,Henan and Shandong provinces,and has remarkable economic benefits.
