摘　　要：主要介绍了具有结构特殊的双联齿轮卡簧装配工装的设计和使用,适用于安装在内外齿啮合的齿轮件上。相对于传统的卡簧槽结构,双联齿轮的卡簧槽设计在内外齿轮上,装配时不仅要保证内外齿轮的啮合,同时还要保证卡簧安装在装配零件的卡簧槽内。因为结构特殊卡簧无法采用卡簧钳装配,所以针对双联齿轮卡簧的安装设计了一套装配工装,需提前将卡簧装配在外齿的卡簧槽内,利用装配工装使卡簧进行收缩,完成卡簧的装配。This paper mainly introduces the design and use of the assembly tooling of the double gear circlip with special structure,which is suitable for installation on the gear parts with internal and external teeth meshing.Compared with the traditional circlip groove structure,the circlip groove of the duplex gear is designed on the internal and external gears.After assembly,it is necessary to ensure not only the meshing of the internal and external gears,but also that the circlip is installed in the circlip groove of the assembly parts.Due to the special structure,it is impossible to assemble with circlip pliers.A set of assembly tooling is designed for the installation of this special structure circlip.The circlip is assembled in the circlip groove of the outer tooth in advance,and the assembly tooling is used to shrink the circlip to complete the assembly of the circlip.
