血清标本出现溶血和脂血对生化检验结果的干扰和影响分析

摘　　要：目的总结分析血清标本出现溶血和脂血对生化检验结果的干扰和影响。方法选择2021年1~6月在本院检验科接受生化检验的80例患者为研究对象,每例受检者同时分别采集3份标本,其中1份正常对照血清标本为对照组,制作1份溶血标本为溶血组,制作1份脂血标本为脂血组,对三份标本检测血生化指标,包括TP(血清总蛋白)、ALB(白蛋白)、STB(总胆红素)、AST(天冬氨酸氨基转肽酶)、GGT(谷氨酰胺基转肽酶)、BUN(尿素氮)、CK(肌酸激酶)、GLU(葡萄糖)、K^(+)(钾离子)\Na^(+)(钠离子),分析对比三组的检测结果。结果①以对照组血液标本的生化指标检测结果为基准,溶血组血液标本生化检测中TP、ALB、STB、AST、BUN、CK、K^(+)水平明显升高,GGT、GLU水平明显下降,差异明显(P<0.05);②以对照组血液标本的生化指标检测结果为基准,脂血组血液标本生化检测中TP、ALB、CK、GGT、GLU明显升高,Na^(+)水平明显下降,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论溶血和脂血对生化检验结果的准确性存在极大程度的干扰,检验中要加以警惕,严格按照规范操作,避免发生溶血、脂血现象,以期为临床提供更加准确的参考依据。Objective To summarize and analyze the interference and influence of hemolysis and lipid blood in serum samples on biochemical test results.Methods 80 patients who underwent biochemical tests in the laboratory department of our hospital from January to June 2021 were selected as the research object.Each subject collected 3 samples at the same time,including 1 normal control serum sample as the control group,1 hemolysis sample as the hemolysis group and 1 lipid blood standard as the lipid blood group.The blood biochemical indexes of the three samples were detected,including TP(total serum protein),ALB(albumin),STB(total bilirubin)AST(aspartate aminotranspeptidase),GGT(glutamine aminotranspeptidase),BUN(urea nitrogen),CK(creatine kinase),GLU(glucose)and K^(+)(potassium ion)/Na^(+)(sodium ion)were analyzed and compared.Results①Based on the biochemical indexes of blood samples in the control group,the levels of TP,ALB,STB,AST,BUN,CK and K^(+)in the hemolytic group increased significantly,while the levels of GGT and GLU decreased significantly,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);②Based on the biochemical test results of blood samples in the control group,TP,ALB,CK,GGT and GLU in the biochemical test of blood samples in the lipid blood group increased significantly,and the level of Na^(+)decreased significantly,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemolysis and lipid blood have great interference with the accuracy of biochemical test results.We should be vigilant in the test,operate in strict accordance with the standard,and avoid hemolysis and lipid blood,so as to provide more accurate reference basis for clinical practice.
