针灸联合丹参酮胶囊治疗中重度寻常痤疮效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析针灸联合口服丹参酮胶囊用于治疗中重度寻常痤疮的效果,同时探讨安全价值。方法选择北京中西医结合医院中医科2019年10月-2021年4月治疗的65例中重度寻常痤疮患者作为观察对象,根据临床治疗方案的不同随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组有33例,对照组有32例。对照组患者口服丹参酮胶囊,观察组在对照组治疗基础上同时进行针灸治疗,比较两组患者痤疮评分、治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果两组患者经治疗后评估显示,患者皮损症状和瘀血体质评分均明显减少,同时进一步比较两组患者上述评分,观察组评分均显著低于对照组,经治疗2个月后经评估,观察组患者治疗显效率为90.91%(30/33),明显高于对照组71.88%(23/32)(P<0.05)。观察组并统计两组患者治疗期间不良反应的发生率,观察组为9.09%(3/33),对照组为12.50%(4/32),两组患者间不良反应发生率比较并无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论丹参酮胶囊联合针灸治疗中重度寻常痤疮有助于改善患者皮损瘀血等症状,治疗效果显著,且安全性良好。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with oral tanshinone capsule in the treatment of moderate and severe acne vulgaris,and to explore the safety value.Methods 65 patients with moderate and severe acne vulgaris treated in the Department of traditional Chinese medicine of Beijing integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital from October 2019 to April 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to different clinical treatment schemes,including 33 cases in the observation group and 32 cases in the control group.The patients in the control group took tanshinone capsule orally,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The acne score,treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The evaluation after treatment showed that the skin lesion symptoms and blood stasis constitution scores of the two groups were significantly reduced.At the same time,the above scores of the two groups were further compared.The scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.After 2 months of treatment,the treatment effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%(30/33),which was significantly higher than 71.88%(23/32)of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.09%(3/33)and that in the control group was 12.50%(4/32).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tanshinone capsule combined with acupuncture in the treatment of moderate and severe acne vulgaris is helpful to improve the symptoms of skin lesions and blood stasis.The treatment effect is significant and the safety is good.
