体表胃肠电起搏+中频电穴位刺激干预联合心理放松语言护理在结肠息肉内镜下切除术后的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究体表胃肠电起搏+中频电穴位刺激干预联合心理放松语言护理在结肠息肉内镜下切除术后的应用价值。方法选取2021年11月-2022年2月本院收治的结肠息肉患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,均接受传统结肠息肉切除术后护理方案,在此基础上对照组患者加用心理放松语言护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上接受体表胃肠电起搏+中频电穴位刺激干预。观察比较两组患者术后胃肠动力恢复时间和住院时间、疼痛程度及焦虑、抑郁水平。结果观察组胃肠动力恢复速度快于对照组(P<0.05),术后疼痛、焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对结肠息肉内镜下切除术后的患者采用体表胃肠电起搏+中频电穴位刺激干预联合心理放松语言护理能够有效缩短胃肠动力恢复时间和住院时间,减轻术后疼痛程度,减轻患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,有利于提高术后康复质量,值得在临床护理中推广使用。Objective To explore the application value of body surface gastrointestinal electrical pacing+medium frequency electrical acupoint stimulation intervention combined with psychological relaxation and language nursing after endoscopic resection of colonic polyps.Methods 80 patients with colonic polyps treated in our hospital from November 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.All patients in the control group received the traditional postoperative nursing scheme.On this basis,the patients in the control group received psychological relaxation language nursing.On the basis of the control group,the patients in the observation group received body surface gastrointestinal electrical pacing+medium frequency electrical acupoint stimulation intervention.The recovery time of gastrointestinal motility,length of hospital stay,degree of pain,anxiety and depression were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The recovery rate of gastrointestinal motility in the observation group was faster than that in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of postoperative pain,anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients after endoscopic resection of colonic polyps,body surface gastrointestinal electrical pacing+medium frequency electrical acupoint stimulation intervention combined with psychological relaxation and language nursing can effectively shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal motility and hospital stay,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,reduce patients’anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of postoperative rehabilitation.It is worthy to be popularized in clinical nursing.
