摘　　要：目的分析PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床价值。方法选2017年1月-2021年1月本院收治的40例患者,随机分为观察组(20例,PFNA内固定治疗)与对照组(20例,LCP治疗)。对比临床疗效、手术指标、疼痛程度、生活质量、并发症。结果与对照组对比,观察组治疗效果、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、VAS评分、术后生活质量、术后并发症,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PFNA内固定可显著提高对患者临床疗效,降低手术时间与术中出血量,值得广泛推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods From January 2017 to January 2021,40 patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group(20 cases,PFNA internal fixation treatment)and control group(20 cases,LCP treatment).The clinical efficacy,surgical indicators,pain level,quality of life,and complications were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment effect was better in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,VAS score,postoperative quality of life,and postoperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA internal fixation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,reduce operation time and intraoperative blood loss,reduce postoperative pain,improve patients’postoperative quality of life,reduce the risk of complications,and have an important impact on patient prognosis.It is worthy of widespread use.
