摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化护理模式对脑外科患者心理状态和治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2020年6月-2021年6月在惠州市第六人民医院脑外科手术治疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分成两组,每组55例。对照组实行常规护理;干预组则在常规护理的基础上采用医护一体化模式,比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及治疗依从性。结果干预组干预后的SAS、SDS评分低于本组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组干预后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组干预后,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。干预组干预后的总依从率高于本组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组干预后的总依从率高于对照组干预后,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化模式有利于改善脑外科患者的负面情绪,提高患者对治疗和护理的依从性,有利于患者康复。Objective To explore the influence of integrated nursing mode on mental state and treatment compliance of patients with brain surgery.Methods Patients who underwent brain surgery in The Sixth People’s Hospital of Huizhou from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,55 patients in each group.Finally,106 patients completed the study,including 52 patients in the control group and 54 patients in the intervention group.The intervention group adopted the integrated mode of medical care on the basis of regular nursing,and compared the psychological state and treatment compliance of the two groups before and after intervention.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group after intervention were lower than those before intervention in this group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group after intervention were lower than those of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate after intervention in the intervention group was higher than that before the intervention in this group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the intervention group after intervention was higher than that of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated model of medical and nursing care is beneficial to improve the negative emotion of brain surgery patients,improve the compliance rate of patients with treatment and nursing,and is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients.
