摘 要:深海水平井生产过程中,砂泥岩互层段泥岩水化,流体携带储层砂粒运移至筛管,易造成筛管堵塞降低产能。为优化完井管柱设计方案,需要研究环空表皮系数的影响规律。目前研究仅考虑筛管,未考虑盲筛组合完井对环空表皮系数的影响,测算的环空表皮系数误差较大。因此本文以油田现场中常用的割缝筛管为研究对象,设计了一套测算环空表皮系数的全可视化的室内实验装置,利用此装置模拟砂粒在盲管、筛管中流动冲蚀过程,得到了不同比例盲筛组合、不同黏土含量对环空表皮系数的影响规律。研究结果为水平井砂泥岩段优化盲筛组合完井方式提供了理论依据。In the production process of deep-sea horizontal wells,mudstone hydration in sand and mudstone interbedded sections and fluid carries reservoir sand particles to the screen,which is easy to cause screen blockage and reduce productivity.In order to optimize the design scheme of completion string,it is necessary to study the influence law of the annular skin coefficient.At present,only the sieve tube factor is considered in the study,the influence of the blind screen combination completion on the annular skin coefficient is not considered,and the error of the calculated annular skin coefficient is large.Therefore,this paper takes the slotted screen tube commonly used in the field of oilfield as the research object,designs a set of fully visualized laboratory experimental device for measuring the annular skin coefficient and uses this device to simulate the flow erosion process of sand in the blind tube and screen tube.The effects of different proportions of blind screen combination and clay content on annular skin coefficient were analyzed.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the combined blind screening completion method in the sand and mudstone section of horizontal wells.
