摘 要:为进一步评价纳米聚合物微球调驱性能,通过室内实验测试了不同粒径纳米聚合物微球的粒径和微观形貌,利用均质岩心、平面非均质性岩心、层内非均质性岩心、层间非均质性岩心模型,分别研究评价了纳米聚合物微球在不同储层中的调驱性能。结果表明大粒径的纳米聚合物微球容易污染低渗储层,小粒径的纳米聚合物微球虽然见效慢,但整体采收率幅度较高,具有更好的优势;纳米聚合物微球在地层以封堵-突破-运移-封堵的模式,持续不断向深部运移,实现深部调驱;随着层间渗透率级差的增大,纳米聚合物微球调驱能力减弱。华庆油田B239区块现场应用后年自然递减率下降了10.2%,含水率上升率降低了4.2%,证明纳米聚合物微球在低渗油藏具有很好的适应性。In order to further evaluate the profile-controlling performance of nano-polymer microsphere,the particle size and morphology of nano-polymer microspheres with different particle sizes were tested by laboratory experiments.By using homogeneous core,plane heterogeneous core,intra-layer heterogeneous core and inter-layer heterogeneous core models,the profile-controlling performance of nano-polymer microsphere in different reservoirs are studied and evaluated.The experiments results show that the nano-polymer microsphere with large particle size is easy to contaminate the low permeability reservoir,and the nanopolymer microsphere with small particle size is slow to get effect,but its overall recovery rate is higher and it has better advantages.The nano-polymer microsphere have a plugging-breakthrough-migration-plugging mode in the stratum,continuously move in depth to realize the deep profile-controlling.The ability of profile of nano-polymer microsphere decreases with the increase of permeability difference between layers.After application in B239 block of Huaqing oilfield,the natural decline rate decreased by 10.2%and the water cut rise rate decreased by 4.2%,it is proved that nano-polymer microsphere has good adaptability in low permeability reservoir.
