摘　　要：根据乐东10-1区块前期研究成果可知,乐东10-1区块目的层温度达220℃,地质条件复杂,异常高压和薄弱地层交替存在,窄密度窗口特点,井漏风险大,乐东10-1区块已钻井漏失裂缝宽度主要分布在450~830μm,顶替效率低,针对该地层固井作业,提高地层承压能力,提高固井液的防漏堵漏能力是保障固井作业顺利进行的关键。室内针对该问题开展了超高温高密度水泥浆堵漏材料的筛选,通过大中小不同粒径的PL-F64堵漏纤维、弹性堵漏材料TG4500型和TG2500型,搭配3 mm PM-R62刚性堵漏材料颗粒复配使用,构建了一套超高密度堵漏水泥浆体系,该水泥浆体系具有比较宽的粒径分布,可堵0.5 mm的裂缝,大于3.4 MPa压差下满足漏失量小于50 mL,添加堵漏材料后水泥浆抗压强度提高了26.2%,5#配方在1.5 mm的裂缝下堵漏水泥浆的堵漏能力达6.8 MPa,满足超高温高密度水泥浆堵漏性能要求。According to the previous research results of Ledong 10-1 block,the temperature of the target layer in Ledong 10-1 block is 220℃,the geological conditions are complex,the abnormal high pressure and weak formations alternate,the characteristics of narrow density window,and the risk of lost circulation is high.The leakage fracture width of Ledong10-1 block drilling is mainly distributed between 450~830μm,and the displacement efficiency is low.For the cementing operation of this formation,improve the pressure bearing capacity of the formation,improving the leakage prevention and plugging ability of cementing fluid is the key to ensure the smooth progress of cementing operation.Aiming at this problem,the laboratory carried out the screening of ultra high temperature and high density cement slurry plugging materials.Through the combination of PL-F64 plugging fibers with different particle sizes,elastic plugging materials TG4500 and TG2500,combined with 3 mm PM-R62rigid plugging material particles,a set of ultra high density plugging cement slurry system was constructed.The cement slurry system has a relatively wide particle size distribution,which can plug 0.5 mm cracks,and the leakage is less than 50 mL when the pressure difference is greater than 3.4 MPa.After adding plugging materials,the compressive strength of the cement slurry is increased by 26.2%,and the plugging capacity of the 5#formula is6.8 MPa under the crack of 1.5 mm,which meets the plugging performance of ultra high temperature and high density cement slurry.
