摘  要:常压蒸馏装置运行中,因常压塔顶循环系统结垢堵塞导致塔顶循环管线出口温度和塔顶汽油抽出线压力的升高,同时引起常压装置轻收收率降低和后续装置运行能耗的增加。采用定期机械清洗的方法可以彻底有效地解决因塔顶循环系统结垢引起的一系列问题,有效提高常压装置轻收收率并降低装置运行能耗,为常压装置定期清理制度的形成提供了重要的参考价值。In the operation of atmospheric distillation unit,the scale blockage of atmospheric circulation system leads to the increase of the outlet temperature of circulation pipeline and the pressure of gasoline extraction line at the top of the tower,and also leads to the decrease of light recovery rate of atmospheric distillation unit and the increase of energy consumption of subsequent unit.The method of regular mechanical cleaning can solve a series of problems caused by scaling in the circulation system of the top of the tower completely and effectively,effectively improve the light recovery rate of atmospheric pressure unit and reduce the operation energy consumption of the unit,which provides an important reference value for the formation of regular cleaning system of atmospheric pressure unit.
