摘  要:宁夏石化公司建有一套5000 t/a硫磺回收装置,其原料为清洁酸性气和含氨酸性气,但在硫磺装置应急情况下(当脱硫溶剂再生系统、酸性水处理系统和硫磺回收装置出现故障时),无法保证酸性气原料不经处理直接经由焚烧炉焚烧后排放。此外硫磺装置原料、工艺等发生波动时也容易造成尾气中SO_(2)波动,造成尾气SO_(2)无法达标排放。针对以上问题,宁夏石化公司研究国内先进技术并结合硫磺装置现状,决定采用先进合理的技术方案作为应急处置方案,新建一套硫磺装置应急系统,以保证硫磺装置应急工况和工况波动时酸性气原料和尾气的稳定达标排放,满足装置环保达标排放要求。Ningxia petrochemical company has built a 5000 t/a sulfur recovery plant,the raw materials are clean acid gas and acid-containing gas,but in the emergency situation of the sulfur plant(when the desulfurization solvent regeneration system,acid water treatment system and sulfur recovery device fails),it is impossible to guarantee that the acid gas raw material is directly discharged through the incinerator without treatment.In addition,fluctuations in the raw materials and processes of sulfur devices are also prone to fluctuations in SO_(2)in the exhaust gas,resulting in the inability of the exhaust SO_(2)to meet the standard emissions.In view of the above problems,Ningxia petrochemical company studied the domestic advanced technology and combined with the current situation of the sulfur device,decided to adopt the advanced and reasonable technical scheme as the emergency disposal plan,and built a new emergency system for the sulfur device to ensure the stable discharge of acid gas raw materials and exhaust gases during the emergency working conditions and working conditions of the sulfur device.To meet the environmental protection standard emission requirements of the installation.
