涤纶高强黑色工业丝生产工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍涤纶高强黑色工业丝的生产工艺,通过控制切片、色母粒比例,选择适当的纺丝温度、熔体压力、冷却成形条件、卷绕工艺,可以纺出物性合格的优质产品。对相同规格黑丝与白丝进行物性对比,黑丝物性除强度低于白丝1cN/dtex,其余断裂伸长、干热收缩、含油以及网络都在可控的相近范围。The production process of polyester high tenacity polyester black yarn is introduced,by controlling the ratio of PET chips and masterbatches,and selecting appropriate spinning temperature,melt pressure,cooling and forming conditions,and winding process,high-quality products with qualified physical properties can be spun.Comparing the physical properties of black yarn and white yarn with the same specifications,the breaking tenacity of black yarn is 1cN/dtex lower than that of white yarn,and other properies like elongation at break,dry heat shrinkage,oil content and tie down are all within a controllable range.
