摘 要:选用高纯度FDCA为改性单体,利用FDCA刚性、极性等对PET性能进行改善,研究FDCA对PET力学性能、阻隔性能等的影响。另外,采用稳定剂对FDCA改性PET外观进行调整,降低其黄度指标。力学性能测试表明:添加FDCA后,使得PET冲击性能下降,随着FDCA含量的增加,冲击强度急剧降低,但拉伸强度和弯曲强度、弯曲模量随着FDCA的加入而提高,FDCA含量进一步提高后,其值趋于稳定。FDCA改性PET的水蒸汽透过率和氧气透过量均较PET有较大提升,改性后能够适用于有高阻隔要求的食品包装领域。热变形温度测试可以看出,FDCA的加入能够在一定程度上提高PET耐温性能。此外,通过调色剂和稳定剂的加入,能够明显改善切片外观,对于FDCA改性PET市场化应用具有一定的现实意义。In this paper,high purity FDCA was selected as the modified monomer,and FDCA rigidity and polarity were used to improve PET properties,and the influence of FDCA on PET mechanical properties and barrier properties was studied.In addition,the FDCA modified PET appearance was adjusted to reduce the yellow color index.The mechanical property test shows that after the addition of FDCA,the PET impact performance decreases.With the increase of FDCA content,the impact strength decreases sharply,but the tensile strength,bending strength and bending modulus increase with the addition of FDCA,and the value of FDCA tends to stabilize after the FDCA content is further increased.The water steam permeability and oxygen permeability of FDCA modified PET are greatly improved compared with PET,and the modified PET can be applied to the food packaging field with high barrier requirements.The thermal deformation temperature test shows that the addition of FDCA can improve the temperature resistance of PET to some extent.In addition,the addition of toner and stabilizer can significantly improve the appearance of slices,which has certain practical significance for the market application of FDCA modified PET.
