摘　　要：从材质成分、金相组织、工艺操作等方面分析了第一预热器列管腐蚀失效原因,并采取相应的措施,保证设备长周期运行。The corrosion failure reasons of th first preheater were analyzed from the aspects of material composition,metallographic structure and process opration,appropriate measures were taken to ensure the long cycle operation of the equipment.
