摘　　要：在增黏过的再生涤纶切片中加入一定比例的色母粒进行混合熔融纺丝,通过母粒添加量的调整、拉伸比和熔融工艺的优化,不仅避免了再生涤纶长丝颜色缺陷的问题,并且制得了强度7.1 cN/dtex、伸长13.5%、外观毛丝≤10根等各项指标可与原生涤纶色丝相媲美的再生涤纶工业色丝,且满卷率92%以上,并取得了稳定生产。In this paper,add a certain proportion of the color of the mixed melt spinning,through the adjustment,extension ratio and melting process optimization,not only avoids the recycled polyester filament color defects,and made the strength of 7.1cn/dtex,elongation 13.5%,appearance wool≤10 indicators such as comparable to the original polyester silk recycled polyester industry,and full roll rate above 92%,and obtained the stable production.
