摘  要:针对目前航天发射场高密度、多点位并行开展发射任务的情况,为满足测发、测控系统需求,研制了一种基于STM32的起飞零时(T0信号)检控设备。硬件以STM32F407作为微处理器,外围电路包括GPS/BD接收、IRIG-B(DC)码电平转换、起飞触点检测、触摸屏通信、网络传输等功能模块,基于嵌入式应用软件开发技术,实现了T0信号的3种触发方式(触点、手动和倒计时)以及GPS/BD、IRIG-B(DC)时间码的接收,产生的T0信号通过网络发送给中心计算机系统。测试结果表明,该设备人机交互性好,具有小型化、低成本、高可靠性等优点,对同类型产品的设计具有借鉴意义。Aiming at the current situation of high-density and multi-point parallel launch missions in the space launch site, in order to meet the requirements of measurement and launch, measurement and control system, a launch time(T0 signal) detection and control equipment based on STM32 is developed.The hardware takes STM32F407 as the microprocessor, and the peripheral circuit includes GPS/BD reception, IRIG-B(DC) code level conversion, takeoff contact detection, touch screen communication and network transmission functional modules.Based on embedded application software development technology, three trigger modes of T0 signal(touch point, manual and countdown) and the reception of GPS/BD and IRIG-B(DC) time codes are realized, and the generated T0 signal is sent to the central computer system through the network.The test results show that the equipment has the advantages of good human-computer interaction, miniaturization, low cost and high reliability, which can be used as a reference for the design of similar products.
