摘　　要：当代大学生全面发展问题,无疑是当前我国高校教育改革落实中,亟需研究与解决的问题之一,能否顺利创新发展,直接关系到我国现代化人才的培养计划实施效果。而大学生职业发展体系构建,对于提升大学生综合素质和实践能力作用显著,在解决“当代大学生全面发展问题”方面有积极推动作用。因此,基于高质量的就业视角,展开大学生职业发展体系构建研究,极具现实意义。The comprehensive development of contemporary college students is undoubtedly one of the problems that urgently need to be researched and solved in the implementation of the reform of higher education in our country. Whether the innovation and development can be carried out smoothly is directly related to the implementation effect of the training plan for modern talents in our country. The construction of the career development system of college students plays a significant role in improving the comprehensive quality and practical ability of college students, and plays a positive role in solving the “all-round development of contemporary college students”. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry out research on the construction of college students’ career development system based on the perspective of high-quality employment.
