摘　　要：大学生群体是未来社会主义现代化国家的建设者与接班人,肩负着重要的历史使命,其知识技能与综合素养影响国家与社会的发展。心理健康教育是高校教育教学中重要的组成部分,在立德树人背景下应当更加重视心理健康教育。在高校实施心理教育具有重要意义,能够落实立德树人根本任务、指导学生更好应对挑战、防止遭受不良因素影响。当前形势下大学生心理存在一定问题,教师要分析形成原因,构建科学的心理教育策略,通过把握学生心理状态、营造积极向上氛围、定期实施心理教育、开展社会实践活动、加强就业创业指导、实施个别针对教育,可以有效解决大学生心理问题,促进大学生心理健康发展。College students are the builders and successors of the modern socialist country in the future, who shoulder an important historical mission, and their knowledge and skills and comprehensive literacy affect the development of the country and society. Mental health education is an important part of college education and teaching. We should pay more attention to mental health education under the background of moral education. It is of great significance to implement psychological education in colleges and universities, which can implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue, guide students to better deal with challenges, and prevent adverse factors. Under the current situation, the college students’ psychological problems, teachers should analyze the causes, build scientific psychological education strategy, by grasping the students’ psychological state, create a positive atmosphere, regularly implement psychological education, social practice, strengthen employment entrepreneurship guidance, implement individual for education, can effectively solve the problem of college students’ psychology, promote the development of college students’ mental health.
