健康乡村建设的现状、问题及对策研究——基于SPSS统计下安徽省调研数据分析

摘　　要：健康中国战略作出了推进健康乡村建设、强化农村健康供给能力等重要部署。文章通过SPSS的交叉分析法对安徽省934份实证调查问卷进行分析,结果显示:现阶段安徽省在健康乡村建设中农村医疗供给能力有待提高;健康保障力度亟待加强;乡村生态环境建设需全面完善;乡村农民健康意识需深化普及。据此,为实现乡村健康全面发展、提高农村民生保障,健康乡村建设应围绕四个方面着重发力:优先发展健康生产力,持续提升健康供给水平;统筹完善医疗保障体系,促进医疗卫生服务公平可及;树立乡村环境建设意识,构建多元主体的协商机制;坚持党对健康工作的领导,发挥政策引领作用。The healthy China strategy has made such important deployments as promoting the construction of healthy villages and strengthening the supply of rural health capacity.This paper analyzes 934 empirical questionnaires in Anhui Province through the cross-analysis method of SPSS,and the results show that the rural medical supply capacity in Anhui Province needs to be improved in the construction of healthy villages at this stage.Health security needs to be strengthened.The construction of rural ecological environment needs to be comprehensively improved.The health awareness of rural farmers needs to be deepened.Accordingly,in order to achieve comprehensive rural development of health and improve rural livelihood security,the construction of healthy villages should focus on four aspects:giving priority to the development of healthy productivity and continuously improving the level of healthy supply,coordinating and improving the medical security system and promoting fair access to the medical and health service,establishing awareness of rural environment construction and building a multi-subject consultation mechanism,adhering to the party's leadership over health work and giving play to the leading role of policies.
