摘　　要：目的:探讨元情绪疗法对急性期精神分裂症(SP)患者消极情绪感受及临床症状的影响,旨在为精神科心理干预提供新思路。方法:选取2018年3月1日-2020年3月1日收治的104例急性期SP患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各52例,对照组实施常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施元情绪疗法,连续干预2个月;比较两组干预前、干预1个月后、干预2个月后消极情绪感受[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、临床症状[采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)]。结果:干预1、2个月后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预1、2个月后,观察组PANSS中阳性症状、阴性症状评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急性期SP患者中通过科学化、规范化心理干预,抑制其消极情绪感受,减轻临床症状,改善社会功能缺陷,并得到患者广泛认可。Objective:To explore the effect of meta-emotional therapy on the negative emotions and clinical symptoms in patients with acute schizophrenia(SP),so as to provide new ideas for psychological intervention in psychiatry.Methods:A total of 104 acute SP patients admitted during March 1,2018 to March 1,2020 were selected as the research objects and were divided according to the order of admission into the observation group and the control group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,while the observation group was given meta-emotional therapy on the above basis,and intervention lasted 2 months.Negative emotional feelings by the delf-rating anxiety scale(SAS)ans the self-rating depression scale(SDS),and clinical symptoms by the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)before the intervention,1 month and 2 months after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 1 month and 2 months of intervention(P<0.05).The PANSS scores of positive symptoms and negative symptoms in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 1 month and 2 months of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of science standardized psychological intervention in the acute stage SP patients can help to suppress their negative emotions,reduce clinical symptoms,improve social function defects,which is widely recognized by patients.
