摘　　要：目的:子午流注针刺疗法联合西医常规治疗对于广泛全子宫切除术后膀胱功能障碍及尿潴留患者临床预防应用体会。方法:选取了2017年1月至2020年12月我院收治的广泛全子宫切除术后膀胱功能障碍及尿潴留患者68例作为研究对象,按照数字随机表法原则将这68例分为对照组和研究组,每组各34例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合子午流注针刺疗法治疗。对比2组患者治疗前后尿管夹管后膀胱获得充盈感的时间、满意排尿量的时间、导尿管留置天数、疗效评价及术后尿潴留发生率。结果:相较于对照组,研究组能获得更快膀胱充盈感(P<0.05),获得满意排尿量(P<0.05)及缩短导尿管留置天数(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注针刺疗法联合西医常规治疗对广泛全子宫切除术后患者膀胱功能恢复具有一定作用,有效降低尿潴留发生率。Objective:To explore the clinical application of meridian acupuncture combined with western medicine routine treatment in the prevention of bladder dysfunction and urinary retention after extensive total hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 68 patients with bladder dysfunction and urinary retention after extensive total hysterectomy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of numerical random table method,these 68 patients were divided into control group and study group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine routine treatment,and the study group was treated with meridian injection acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The time of bladder filling after catheter clamping,the time of satisfactory urine output,the days of catheter indwelling,efficacy evaluation,and the incidence of postoperative urinary retention were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group could achieve faster sense of bladder filling(P<0.05),achieve satisfactory urine output(P<0.05)and shorten the indwelling days of catheter(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meridian injection acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine treatment has a certain effect on bladder function recovery of patients after extensive total hysterectomy,and can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention.
