针对性心理护理联合耳穴压豆对双J管置入相关性膀胱刺激征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针对性心理护理联合耳穴压豆对双J管置入相关性膀胱刺激征的影响。方法:将在我院行双J管置管治疗的70例患者,按护理方式不同分为采用常规泌尿外科护理的对照组和采用针对性护理联合耳穴压豆的观察组,各35例,比较两组膀胱刺激征的发生率,置管前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)和膀胱过度活动症评分(OABSS)以及护理满意度。结果:观察组置管后膀胱刺激征发生率(8.57%)及严重程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。置管48h、7天,观察组的VAS评分分别为(1.45±1.12)分、(0.35±0.57)分,低于对照组(P<0.05)。置管24h、48h、7天,观察组的OABSS评分为(7.95±1.76)分、(4.95±1.57)分、(1.65±1.31)分,低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度(94.29%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行双J管置管治疗的患者采用针对性心理护理联合耳穴压豆可以减少双J管置入相关性膀胱刺激征的发生,缓解置管引发的尿痛、尿频等症状的不适程度,降低膀胱过度活动症程度,提升护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the effect of targeted psychological nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressure on bladder irritation sign associated with double J tube placement. Methods: Will be in our line of double J tube catheter for the treatment of 70 patients, according to nursing methods of divided into control group and the conventional urology care use targeted nursing combined ear bean observer group, 35 cases, compared two groups the incidence of bladder irritation, visual analogue scale(VAS) before and after catheter and bladder excessive activity score(OABSS) and nursing satisfaction. Results:The incidence and severity of bladder irritation after catheterization in the observation group(8.57%) were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). At 48h and 7 days after catheterization, the VAS scores of the observation group were(1.45±1.12) and(0.35±0.57), respectively, which were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). At 24h, 48h and 7 days after catheterization, the OABSS scores of the observation group were(7.95±1.76),(4.95±1.57) and(1.65±1.31), which were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group(94.29%) was higher than that of control group(P< 0.05).Conclusions:Targeted psychological nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressure can reduce the occurrence of bladder irritation associated with double J tube insertion,relieve the discomfort degree of urinary pain and frequent urination caused by catheter insertion,reduce the degree of overactive bladder,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
