优化朔黄铁路运输组织方案提升运输效率的研究

摘　　要：本文通过对朔黄铁路运输组织现状进行分析,找出影响运能提升存在的问题,并提出优化神池南站接发车组织、加速机车车辆周转、加强天窗日扣车和施工组织、紧盯两港卸车、黄大线运输组织优化等提升运输组织效率的措施。By the analysis of Shuo-Huang Railway organization present situation, this article finds out the influence capacity upgrade existing problems, and puts forward the optimization of Shen-Chi South Station organization, accelerating the locomotive vehicle flow, strengthening hair car skylight, traffic adjustment and construction organization, focusing on two port of unloading, and improving Huang-Da Railway line transport organization, so as to improve the efficiency of the transport organization of Shuo-Huang Railway.
