摘 要:随着工程建设、林木开发等人类活动的不断进行,温室效应加剧、气候异常、海平面上升等问题威胁着人类社会的长久生存发展,节能减排成为了社会共识。建筑行业作为高耗能、高排放行业,更应当加强对节能减排政策的落实。因此,围绕着全生命周期碳排放导向下的城市住宅长寿化设计策略,分析了城市住宅建筑长寿化的重要作用,探索了建筑寿命和碳排放间的联系,从而促进建筑行业践行可持续发展道路。With the continuous progress of human activities such as engineering construction and forest development,the intensification of greenhouse effect,abnormal climate,and sea level rise threaten the long-term survival and development of human society,and energy conservation and emission reduction have become a social consensus.As a high energy consumption and high emission industry,the construction industry should strengthen the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction policies.Therefore,focusing on the design strategy of urban residential longevity under the guidance of carbon emissions in the whole life cycle,this paper analyzes the important role of urban residential longevity,explores the relationship between building life and carbon emissions,and thus promotes the construction industry to practice the sustainable development path.
