摘  要:【目的】抽油机游梁支承结构对作业过程的安全性、可靠性及使用寿命显得尤为重要,本研究通过分析与改进抽油机的游梁支承结构,为抽油机设计人员对该结构的设计提供参考。【方法】本研究在对抽油机的结构、几何、运动、速度、工况及受力等进行分析的基础上,对游梁支承的关键部位轴承座进行三维模型建立、力学计算模型分析,并对其进行有限元分析与结构改进。【结果】对改进前后的轴承座进行比较可知,最大总变形量降低了25.4%,最大等效应力下降了29.3%,从应力云图可以看出,结构局部改进后,轴承座加强筋周围的应力集中现象也得到一定缓解。【结论】通过对轴承座结构进行局部结构的改进,能提高轴承座的强度和刚度,增强结构的稳定性。[Purposes]The safety,reliability and service life of the beam support structure of the pumping unit are particularly important.The analysis and improvement of the beam support structure can provide suggestions and references for the design of the structure for the pumping unit designers.[Methods]Based on the analysis of the structure,geometry,movement,speed,working condition and force of the pumping unit,the three-dimensional model and mechanical calculation model of the bearing seat of the key supporting part of the beam were established,and the finite element analysis and structural improve⁃ment were carried out.[Findings]The comparison of the analysis results of the bearing seat before and after the improvement shows that the maximum total deformation is reduced by 25.4%,and the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 29.3%,and it can be seen from the stress nebulogram that the stress con⁃centration phenomenon around the strengthening reinforcement of the bearing seat after the local im⁃provement of the structure is also alleviated to some extent.[Conclusions]Local structural improvement can improve the strength and stiffness of the bearing seat and enhance the stability of the structure.
