水电站厂房不同支座方案耗能减震分析

摘  要:【目的】研究橡胶支座对水电站厂房动力特性的影响。【方法】通过建立某岸边式水电站厂房三维有限元模型,对比分析了在地震作用下铰支座、铅芯橡胶支座以及高阻尼橡胶支座三种不同支座型式对水电站厂房上部结构的耗能减震效果。【结果】铰支座方案自振频率最高,地震作用下响应最大。除了下游侧柱底外,铅芯橡胶支座方案排架柱的其余部位均是最安全的。【结论】综合考虑,铅芯橡胶支座的耗能减震效果最好。[Purposes]In order to study the influence of rubber bearing on the dynamic characteristics of hydropower station.[Methods]By establishing a three-dimensional finite element model of a power⁃house of a shore-side hydropower station,the energy consumption reduction of the upper structure of the powerhouse of the hydropower station by three different bearing types,namely hinge bearing,leadcore rubber bearing and high-damping rubber bearing under the action of earthquake,is compared and analyzed.[Findings]The hinge bearing scheme has the highest natural vibration frequency and the largest response under earthquake action.Except for the bottom of the downstream side column,the rest of the bent column of the lead-core rubber bearing scheme is the safest.[Conclusions]Compre⁃hensive consideration,the lead-core rubber bearing has the best energy dissipation and shock absorp⁃tion effect.
