摘　　要：【目的】以吉林省临床医学研究中心为研究案例,探讨了临床医学研究中心评价指标体系的设计原则、方法和构建,具有一定的科学性和实用性。【方法】采用德尔菲法和层次分析法(AHP)相结合的方法筛选指标,得到指标权重。【结果】采用德尔菲法确定了3个一级指标、9个二级指标和22个三级指标,并用层次分析法确定各项指标的权重。基础条件、工作实施情况和效益实现情况等3个一级指标的权重,分别为36.45%、45.76%、17.79%。【结论】该指标体系具有较高的专家权威性、协调性和一致性,指标体系具有较强的科学性。指标体系中“工作实施”权重系数最大,符合临床医学研究中心评价目的和建设方向。[Purposes]Taking the clinical medical research center of Jilin Province as a case study,the pa⁃per discusses the design principle,measure and constructive form of the evaluation index system.The re⁃sult shows that this evaluation index system is scientific and practical.[Methods]Evaluation index system was established by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Weight of the indicators was obtained.[Findings]3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 22 third-level indicators were identified by Delphi method and the weight of each index is determined by the AHP method.The weights of three first-level indicators,such as basic conditions,work implementation,and benefit realiza⁃tion,are 36.45%,45.76%,17.79%.[Conclusions]Experts have high authority,coordination and consis⁃tency,and the index system has high scientific nature.In the index system,"work implementation"has the largest weight coefficient,which is in line with the evaluation purpose and construction orientation.
