摘 要:针对长庆油田脱水站占地面积大的问题,引入PDCA循环方法,对脱水站工艺流程、设计方法进行研究。通过分析脱水站功能分区、主要设备设施占地面积以及小型站场占地面积减小优化情况,确定了该问题的主要症结为工艺区占地面积大并确立了面积减少20.5%的目标。对主要症结的6条末端因素进行分析确认得出“工艺设备未集成化”、“储罐设置数量多”两个要因,在此基础上,提出“工艺设备平面集成化设计”、“优化工艺减少储罐数量”两项最佳对策,并制定了5W1H对策表和实施方案,实施后面积减少23.8%,实现并超越了目标值,有力保障了工程项目施工建设的顺利进行。In view of the large occupied area of the dehydration station in Changqing Oilfield,the paper introduces the concept of PDCA cycle and studies the process flow and the design method of dehydration stations.Depending on the analysis of functional zoning of the dehydration station,the areas occupied by main equipment and facilities,and the optimization of reducing the occupied areas of small stations,the main sticking point of the problem is identified,which is the large area occupied by the process area,and the target of reducing the area by 20.5%is set.Then six terminal factors of the main sticking point are analyzed,and two critical factors are confirmed,i.e.,the non-integration of process equipment and the large number of storage tanks.On this basis,two best countermeasures are put forward,namely the planar integrated design of process equipment and process optimization to reduce the number of storage tanks,and the 5W1H countermeasure table and implementation plan are formulated.After the implementation,the area is reduced by23.8%,beyond the target value,which effectively guarantees the smooth construction of the project.
