摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,中国图书馆学会的对外交流工作进入到了一个新的历史阶段。中国图书馆学会利用国际图联平台,积极参与国际事务;立足于国家文化外交框架,开展对外交流;与多国建立双边合作机制,推进长效交流。经过20余年的建设与发展,中国图书馆学会的对外交流工作呈现出内容丰富、形式多样、地理区域覆盖较为广泛的特点,为国家文化外交做出了独特贡献。Since the beginning of the 21st century, the International exchange by the Library Society of China has entered a new historical stage.The Library Society of China actively participates in international affairs by the IFLA platform.carries out foreign exchanges based on the national cultural diplomatic framework, and builds up the bilateral cooperation mechanism with many countries to promote long-term exchanges.After over 20 years of construction and development, the international exchanges by the Library Society of China have shown the characteristics of rich contents, diverse forms, and wide geographical coverage, making a unique contribution to national cultural diplomacy.
