摘 要:为帮助高校图书馆充分了解用户的知识需求及体验期望,文章通过梳理国内外相关文献提炼出与用户体验相关的影响因素,并深入剖析不同影响因素间的关联机理与传导路径。基于对AISM模型算法的扩展演化,构建ADSM模型对影响因素之间的层级关系进行实证分析,探索不同维度影响因素对用户体验效能的传导路径。最后结合MICMAC算法对影响因素进行类群划分并与模型结果相互验证。发现高校图书馆用户体验影响因素的对抗依赖结构模型包含7个层级,影响用户体验的因素包括自主因素群、驱动因素群与依赖因素群。高校图书馆应当警惕信息技术的发展单一化,需始终将用户作为服务主体,同时还要重视馆藏资源建设和室内空间布局设计,保证用户的多样化需求得以满足,更要加强高校图书馆工作人员的专业化培训,充分发挥其在图书馆与用户间的桥梁作用。In order to help university libraries fully understand users’ knowledge needs and experience expectations, the article extracts the influencing factors related to user experience by sorting out the relevant literature at home and abroad, and deeply analyzes the correlation mechanisms and conduction paths among different influencing factors.Based on the extension and evolution of the AISM model algorithm, an ADSM model is constructed to empirically analyze the hierarchical relationship between influencing factors and explore the transmission paths of different dimensions of influencing factors on the effectiveness of user experience.Finally, the paper uses the MICMAC algorithm to divide the influencing factors into groups and verify the model results with each other, finds that the adversarial dependency structure model of the influencing factors of user experience in university libraries contains 7 levels, and gains the three groups that affect the user experience, that is, autonomous factor group, driven factor group and dependent factor group.University libraries should be wary of monolithic development of information technology, always take the user as the subject of the service, also should pay attention to the construction of the collection resources and the design of the interior space to ensure that the diversified needs of users are met, and more importantly, strengthen the professional training of university library staff to give full play to their role as a bridge between libraries and their users.
