通阳法治疗缺血性中风中经络经验

摘　　要：文章介绍赖新生教授运用通阳法治疗缺血性中风中经络经验,赖教授指出通阳不在温,在于元气通,元气通关键在于元阴元阳的充盛。针刺急性期用通阳针法,通阳针法关键在于祛除内、外风邪以及调节脑脉痹阻所致的神机受损,恢复及后遗症期合引气归元针法,或通督养神针法。续命汤系列方是中风通阳方,急性期制柔肝续命汤,恢复及后遗症期制斡旋阴阳续命汤、培元固本续命汤。This paper introduces professor LAI Xin-sheng’s experience in the treatment of ischemic stroke involving both collateral and meridian with Tongyang method,professor LAI pointed out that yang is not warm,but yuan qi.The key to yuan qi is the fullness of yuan yin and yuan yang.Tongyang acupuncture method is used in the acute stage of acupuncture.The key of Tongyang acupuncture method is to dispel internal and external wind pathogens and regulate the damage of divine mechanism caused by cerebral pulse obstruction,during recovery and sequelae,add Yinqi Guiyuan acupuncture,or Tongdu Yangshen acupuncture.Xuming Decoction series is Zhongfeng Tongyang Decoction,and Rougan Xuming Decoction is used in acute stage,during the recovery and sequelae period,we prepared Mediate Yin and Yang Xuming Decoction and Peiyuan Guben Xuming Decoction.
