摘　　要：刺络放血疗法在《黄帝内经》中有较丰富记载,历代医家均在《黄帝内经》基础上进一步发展运用,随着现代医学的发展,刺络放血工具多样,手法各异,但笔者尚未见系统总结,由于刺络放血后护理难度大,因此临床运用范围局限。文章结合现代医学从刺络放血针具、穴位选择及操作方法、治病机理的角度探讨刺络放血疗法,结合临床典型验案,强调放血时应注重兼夹症状辨证选穴以提升临床疗效,使刺络放血疗法更好地融合现代医学的工具、方法及理论,扩大临床运用。The bloodletting therapy is richly recorded in the Yellow Emperor’s Internal Canon,and successive generations of doctors have further developed and applied it on its basis.With the development of modern medicine,there are various tools and techniques for bloodletting,but there has not been a systematic summary,because the post-puncture bloodletting care is difficult,so the scope of clinical application is limited.In this article,we will discuss different aspects such as needles,acupuncture points,operation methods,and treatment mechanisms of bloodletting therapy from the perspective of modern medicine.Combined with typical clinical cases,it is emphasized that when bloodletting,attention should be paid to the selection of secondary symptoms,so as to improve the clinical efficacy.In this way,bloodletting therapy can better integrate the tools,methods and theories of modern medicine and expand clinical application.
