基于脉息术临证应用建中汤类方经验

摘　　要：李树森老师所创“脉息术”根源于《黄帝内经》,以患者每分钟脉搏次数除以呼吸次数的比值为脉息比,脉息比<4者视作为少气,以小建中汤为主方进行治疗。杨志敏教授临证应用脉息术,将建中类方广泛运用于内外妇科疾病的诊治,对于疾病表现出虚实错杂之病情,可通过运用脉息术快速准确地判断出疾病本质,对于指导临床诊疗具有重要价值。The’pulse-respiration technique’created by LI Shu-sen is rooted in Huangdi Neijing.The ratio of the patient’s pulse rate per minute divided by the number of breaths is the pulse-respiration ratio.Patient’s pulse-respiration ratio<4 is regarded as less qi,and Xiaojianzhong Decoction is used as the main method.Professor YANG Zhi-min applys pulse-respiration technique in clinical practice,and widely uses Jianzhong Decoction class in the diagnosis and treatment of internal and external gynecological diseases.Especially for diseases that show mixed conditions of deficiency and excess,can be used to quickly and accurately determine the nature of the disease.It is of great value to guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.
