从引药入经理论探讨针灸引经理论内涵与临床实践

摘　　要：从引药入经理论所提出的引经药、引经方及至引经针灸对于方药直达病所的重要作用,强调了针药并用的增效协同作用。进一步探讨了引药入经背后的针药并用的核心思想,即针对脏腑阴阳失调调整的辨证论治与针对经络气血阴阳失衡调整的辨经论治,辨证论治和辨经论治各具优势,互为补充,在提高疗效、提示疾病发生发展及传变方面具有重要意义,并从理论和实践两方面提供思路和指导临床。This paper puts forward the important functions of‘meridian-inducing Chinese medicinal’,‘meridian-inducing prescription’and even‘meridian-inducing acupuncture’for inducing medicine into meridian.It emphasizes the synergistic effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine.At the same time,the core idea of the combination of acupuncture and medicine behind the introduction of medicine into the meridian was further discussed,that is,the treatment based on syndrome differentiation for the adjustment of yin-yang of the viscera and the treatment based on meridian differentiation for the adjustment of the imbalance of meridian qi-blood and yin-yang.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation and treatment based on meridian differentiation have their own advantages and complement each other.They are of great significance in improving curative effect,indicating the occurrence,development and transmission of diseases,and provide ideas and guidance for clinical practice from both theoretical and practical aspects.
