摘 要:有效成分的研究是现代中药学研究的热点之一,为中药新药的探索提供了一个科学的方向。对中药有效成分进行结构修饰,不仅能达到增效减毒的目的,还能改善其物理化学性质,从而提高有效成分的成药性。酯酰基化是最常用的化学结构修饰方法之一,适用于多种具有羟基、羧基的化合物。大量研究表明,酯酰基化修饰也是中药有效成分结构优化的重要手段之一。文章综述了借助化学手段实现中药有效成分结构的酯酰基化修饰后对其抗肿瘤活性的影响。The study of effective ingredients is one of the hotspots in the research of modern traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and provides a rational direction for studying and exploring TCM.Structural modification of the active components of TCM can not only achieve the purpose of increasing efficiency and reducing toxicity,but also improve its physical and chemical properties,so as to increase its probability to be patent medicine.Esterification and acidylation are very commonly chemical structure modification methods,which is suitable for a variety of compounds with hydroxyl and carboxyl groups.A large number of studies have shown that esterification or acylation is one of the important methods to optimize the structure of the active components of TCM.This paper reviews the effect of esterification and acidylation modification of the structure of effective ingredients of TCM on its anti-tumor activity by chemical means.
