《舌鉴辨正》寒热辨法浅析

摘　　要：《舌鉴辨正》是由清代医家梁玉瑜传、陶保廉录的一本舌诊专著,书中以舌色分类,分八大类舌:白、黄、黑、灰、红、紫、霉酱、蓝,另附孕妇舌,共计九大类149种舌,舌色错综复杂,临床不可按图索骥。寒热之辨为舌鉴的核心内容,笔者欲化繁为简,分析梁氏寒热之辨法,总结出“以色辨舌”“望津察舌”“刮苔验舌”“观点刺癍”的辨舌要点,方便同道参看。Shejian Bianzheng is a monograph on tongue diagnosis written by LIANG Yu-yu and TAO Bao-lian,who were doctors in Qing dynasty.It is classified into 8 categories according to tongue color:white,black,yellow,grey,red,purple,dark reddish brown and blue.In addition,the tongue of pregnant are also among them.So there are 9 categories of 149 tongue types in total.Tongue color is intricate,clinical practice can not try to locate something by following up a clue.The differentiation of cold-heat is the core content of Shejian Bianzheng.So the writer wanted to reduce complexity to simplicity and analyzed LIANGs’experice of cold-heat syndrome differentiation,and summarized the essentials:‘observing tongue color’‘observing body fuild on tongue’‘scraping coated tongue’and‘observing pricks and ecchymosis on tongue’.
