摘　　要：“机”,是时机,是针刺手法变换的时间点。守机与守气、守神的概念密切相关,尤其在解剖结构复杂或气感丰富的腧穴处运用较多。守机也是复式补泻手法的运用基础,具体可以通过“挂”和“叩”的动静转换来体现。文章以风池穴为例,通过梳理针刺操作过程中的主要环节,明确动作衔接的要领和注意事项,试图丰富操作过程中所涉及的揣穴、层次、进针、催气和守气等概念,以期有助于明确临床实践中“机”的内涵。The‘pivot’is the opportunity and the time point for the change of acupuncture manipulation.Pivot keeping is closely related to the concepts of‘keeping qi’and‘keeping the spirit’,especially in acupoints with complex anatomical structures or a rich sense of qi.Keeping the pivot is also the basis for compound tonifying and reducing techniques,which can be reflected through the transformation of movement and movement of‘hanging’and‘knocking’.Taking Fengchi acupoint as an example,this paper makes clear the essentials and matters needing attention of action convergence by combing the main links in the process of acupuncture operation and tries to enrich the concepts involved in the operation,such as acupoint speculation,level,needle injection,gas stimulation,and gas retention,to help to clarify the connotation of‘machine’in clinical practice.
